These events are hugely popular and we recommend booking early S u m m e r O p e n i n g H o u r s During July and August we are open from Tuesday dinner through to Sunday lunch. During Dartmouth Regatta week we will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner all week. S a t u r d a y S e p t e m b e r 1 3 t h 2 0 0 8 The fabulous Fergus Henderson and Trevor Gulliver of St John restaurant, London, will be gracing Dartmouth with their presence and sharing with you their expertise for our second guest chef night of the year. Book early to avoid disappointment and look out for more events. T h u r s d a y S e p t e m b e r 1 8 t h 2 0 0 8 Tim McLaughlin-Green - Our great friend and award winning sommelier, Tim McLaughlin-Green, will be at the Seahorse presenting two of Italy’s famous producers, Primo Franco famed for their Prosecco, a big favourite at the Seahorse and the wines from Conte Brandolini in which they will be featuring a wine called Treammi, which is rather unusual. Mitch and The Seahorse will create a special menu to complement these wines for the night. This is not a boring wine dinner but a fun and lively event with some great food, fabulous wines and lots of information and chat with Tim and Mitch. F r i d a y O c t o b e r 1 0 t h 2 0 0 8 Lunch with Joyce Molyneux - a fabulous opportunity to meet and lunch with the legendary Joyce Molyneux, cook and doyenne of the original Carved Angel in Dartmouth and Hole in the Wall in Bath and long term supporter of the Dartmouth Food Festival. We will have a menu inspired by Joyce’s cooking and a chance to chat to Joyce. Don’t miss this. F r i d a y N o v e m b e r 7 t h 2 0 0 8 Barny Haughton - This is a really exciting opportunity to see one of the greatest pioneers of the organic movement, Barny Haughton, chef proprietor of Bordeaux Quay in Bristol. Mitch and Barny share a passion and enthusiasm for simple, excellent quality, ingredients served at their best. Join us for a celebration of all that is local, organic and sustainable.
