The Restaurant & its Recipes
We are pleased to announce the publication of our book about the restaurant. We talked together many years ago about opening a restaurant by the sea and cooking fresh seafood over a fire, this inspiration came from eating in some of the most wonderful restaurants in Northern Spain and Italy. In 2008 we opened the restaurant with a clear dream of what we wanted the room and the food to be like, since then we have loved everyday of cooking together with our team who are the future spirit of the restaurant, in our book we share not only recipes but the stories behind how we discovered our wines and olive oil and our thinking behind what we do. We hope you will enjoy reading the Seahorse, the restaurant and its recipes.
