Sunday Telegraph wine columnist and presenter, Susy Atkins along with award-winning sommelier and great friend of The Seahorse, Tim McLaughlin Green will be hosting a lovely evening where you'll enjoy the best food, great wines, a lot of fun and you'll learn something too!
A selection of fine wines paired perfectly with the dishes that Jake and his team are preparing. Susy and Tim will showcase wines that not only work well but wines from small and exclusive family wineries that you may not know. They will talk through the tastes and pairings to help explain why the precise flavours of the dish make a difference when choosing a wine. This is a relaxed and informal occasion and there will be some wonderful stories from their travels. Not only will the wines and dishes delight but so will this lively and entertaining and duo!’
